As much as I want to welcome anyone to this site, I won't welcome nerds. For those who are wondering, nerds are a species of human that have no genitals and annoy everyone by obsessive computer fandom, having no social life and therefore most likely locking themselves in their mom's basement playing 'Flash's theme' on repeat, exploring Wikipedia for the fun of it, overusing internet memes and expecting to get people to laugh, and using big words. So don't come if you're nerdy, biotch. To all nerds: we don't care that you like education or how we're apparently not allowed to make fun of you because being an introvert freak is 'normal' according to your fucking weird logic, and also, your face is fucked up, which is why you have no friends/social life. 
Nerds can't join this site and not expect to be disrespected. It's like a hobo walking into an important government meeting and expecting to contribute. It wouldn't be a good idea to let people like nerds enter the awesomeness of this site.
Smart people like me are welcome here, as well as shy people, but there is a pretty thick line between smart/shy people and nerds. It's like the line between somewhat unintelligent people and retards. Smart people are smart. Shy people are shy. Nerds have no life and find extremely tedious things entertaining. :/
The main reason why I decided to create this site was to get away from those obnoxious freaks on TTC, of which the majority of are nerds and 8-year olds as well as paranoid mods. Obviously this means that I have to prevent any of the groups listed to be on this site, because honestly I can't be fucked to get irritated by members of my own site. I don't want to create something that becomes something that I wanted to get away from.
Anyone who is discovered to be a nerd will get a 'Nerd' rank and everyone else will be given permission to harrass them to get them away. If we get enough nerds, I will create an 'Education' or 'Computer Obsession Discussion' subforum, for all of the nerds to talk and for all the rest of us to laugh at. Yay

Don't worry, you probably ain't a nerd. There is a difference between normal people and nerds. 
All nerds consist of the following:
1. High intelligence. Not just normal smartness, but straight-A+++++-like smartness.
2. Dorky appearance. Wearing stuff that you don't even need. Glasses when you don't have bad eyesight, braces when your teeth aren't out of place, and buck teeth are a clear sign of dorkiness. This includes considering a suit as something you would wear when doing something social, like going shopping with buddies.
3. Lack of a social life. Nerds tend to spend time on their 'puter fascinated about finding out information about science/technology/educational stuff, rather than smoking crack with their buddies and going on Facebook like normal people do.
4. Restricting to only communicate with and understand other nerds. Whilst sane people are together smoking crack, nerds are completing their homework and making corny jokes about triangles.
5. Interest in subjects that normal people think are dull/boring.
6. Obsession of stuff like comic books, trading card games, and sci-fi.
If you have more than 3 of the above, you're a nerd. If you don't, then you're sane.

it's like a syndrome. at first sight you don't usually know someone is a nerd until they tell you, but once you get to know em, you start to see signs that may give away nerdiness and shit. but not all people with syndromes are retards, only a very small amount. i have a syndrome that makes me extremely hyper and have a low attention span, but last time i checked i'm not retarded
