Added Warning System

I've added a warning system, so it's easier to tell how many rules a user has broke, so I can keep track of you silly badamans.

They're basically bars at the side of your posts. There's five to collect, but don't see if you can collect them all. XD

Here's what they each mean:

- No rules broken
- Broken the rules once
- Broken the rules twice
- Broken the rules three times
- Broken the rules four times - banned

All warning bars and bans with this system are permanent. It sounds harsh, but it is the right thing to do - it doesn't get better after a couple of months like nothing's happened.

We hope this update will make the forum a better and more friendly community. If you wish to avoid getting less of your bar filled, follow the fucking rules. It isn't that difficult - once you read them, you can't really break them unless you try to.

LOL! That must be Tepcat's catch phrase, it's nice to bring these warning levels in, but here's something nobody's ever brought up, if she's called Tepcat why doesn't she ever tapdance!?
