This happened last night:

looks like nick forgot to pay for the server. their domain certificate expired.

wow, it's so inactive now that even the founder has abandoned it

Unfortunately, this isn't from the lack of paying for a domain name. Trust me, if it was that, I would have already bought it, and would've held it ransom until it turns into some movie-style situation where they're forced to stop being assholes with their bans in order to get their domain back.
What it is, is that they either forgot to pay the webhost, or they reset the name servers that pointed to the forum for some strange reason.

Yes, that's true, and quite inconvenient at it

I believe Nick has to be the one who pays though, and it seems to me like he either completely forgot about TTC or abandoned it. It seems like the sister sites are still up, but that may have something to do with the server being payed at a different time.

no rollie they just forgot to pay the domain. if anon hacked it, it would have sarcasm, dirty language, and probably some sort of pornographic picture.
