I'm not sure how mummy will enforce this, but anybody else who cares to spam negative rep on a particular person will now enjoy a ban on Inzane Chatting and will be deleted from my friend's list if already on there. I know it was a joke the first time but I had to repost the Steam Directory and this isn't going to happen again without action.
